If you are designing with us, you have already been through the Free Planning Consultation and have started to grow a healthy relationship with our company. During this stage, we will turn your dreams into building plans.
Working together with you, we will be designing your home, keeping in mind the following key considerations: The building lot - this dramatically affects a design due to natural grade changes and window, door and deck locations for sunlight and views; Your budget - this affects size, shape, style, finish details, and more; And most importantly your design wishes, which must be thoroughly discussed and understood during this entire process. None of these can be considered individually of the others. The result of our approach is a design that reflects your perfect blend of dreams and reality. This positions you for success during your next step.
We offer incredible 3D renderings through advanced architectural design software.
Drafting of your home, garage, and deck areas is done at $1.35 per square foot. Ultimately, if you choose to build with us, we will apply the amount paid towards your project costs. In the unlikely event that you choose not to build with us, the (watermarked) plans are yours to keep, including the Foundation Plan, Floor Plans and 3D Renderings, all in scalable electronic PDF format.
