When you make it to this step with us, you have already been through the Free Planning Consultation and Custom Design Drafting process.  We know you and understand your goals and every aspect of your design, which gives us the unique ability to provide you with a truly custom, all-inclusive Comprehensive Quote with options.  Our Building Options Worksheet provides you pricing information you want and need to make choices.  With this worksheet, you have more control over the final cost of your custom build before you sign a contract.  You will have the opportunity to make critical decisions ahead of time, instead of being blindsided by schedule delays and unexpected cost overruns while building.

Once you complete your Building Options Worksheet and verbally agree to build with us, we assemble the contract packet including easy to read Building Specifications, outlining the details needed for a proactive and successful construction process.  All of this, before being asked to sign a contract.
