​​Building a home is complicated but a challenge we enjoy!  It requires immense amounts of planning and most of it should be done before breaking ground.  Many contractors know how to build a structure but do not have a process established to execute the complexities of managing a custom building project.  Schedules to keep, subcontractors to manage, materials to acquire and deliver, quality control, inspection, surveys, banking relations, client selections and concerns, and hundreds of project management tasks need to happen throughout the build at precisely the correct moment to keep it all progressing smoothly.  In the fast paced world we live in today, a custom build cannot easily be managed without an elaborate plan backed by advanced systems and a team of highly skilled professionals.

When building with us, you have already been through all other steps of our design-build process.  We've gotten to know and trust each other.  This makes it easier for you to voice your concerns which we will promptly and professionally address.

Transcend Custom Builders uses advanced project management software we have tailored to our business needs.  These tools are used to keep our jobs on track.  Most importantly, we use gantt calendars to keep the critical path job progression on schedule.  The current schedule can be accessed at any time by client, project manager, subcontractor and vendor alike via a shared internet link.  This link also provides important job site information, current plans and specifications, appliance documents, cabinet layouts, select job photos and additional information, always there when needed.

At completion of the project you will receive an Electronic Home Packet that includes all of your important home documents such as Appliance Manuals, Appraisals, CCR's, Energy Ratings, Inspections, Photos, Plans, Specifications, Selection Information, Septic Documents, Surveys,  and Water Documents.  If you have any warranty issues, or questions or concerns after you move in, we are just a phone call or email away, and we are always here to help you.
