ABOUT

I am Joe Winsor, the Owner/Operator of Transcend Custom Builders.  I have managed  construction of about 50 custom home projects in Alaska, ranging in value from $200K to $1.5MM.

I have extensive experience in drafting plans that are client driven and building lot specific, writing detailed contracts, providing on time and within budget project management, and physically constructing custom homes.

The majority of my life and career I worked directly with clients to help their custom home dreams become a reality.  I would appreciate and enjoy the opportunity to do the same for you!  I look forward to meeting you in person.
